1/ Stainless Steel Jewelry

We offer a 3-month warranty on all stainless steel pieces. This covers:
• Fading or discoloration
• Manufacturing defects

If your item meets the above conditions, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a repair — free of charge.

2/ Gold-Plated Jewelry

Please note that our gold-plated accessories are not covered by warranty, due to the delicate nature of plating.

We recommend:
• Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, and chemicals
• Storing your jewelry in a dry, clean space
• Avoid scratching the items
• Handle gold plated items with extra care
